Оценка эффективности различных видов лапароскопических вмешательств при лечении бесплодия у женщин обусловленным синдромом поликистозных яичников

Abstract

A survey o f 80 operated patients with infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome. The average age o f patients was 25.8 ± 0.98 years. 59.2% suffered from primary infertility, and 40.7% from secondary patients. The duration o f infertility was from 2 to 9 years. Endosurgical treatment of patients with infertility caused by PCOS was performed using 2 variants o f laparoscopic surgery: electrocautery and partial resection o f the ovaries. The total number o f cases o f uterine pregnancy after partial resection o f the ovaries was 1.5 times higher than after electrocautery o f the ovaries was 56.3% and 36.3%.
