dc.description.abstract Endokrin genenezli bepushtlik (EGB) reproduktiv yoshdagi ayollar orasida uchraydigan yetakchi reproduktiv kasalliklardan biridir. Ushbu maqolada tuxumdonlar polikistoz sindromi (TPS), gipotiroidizm va giperprolaktinemiya kabi asosiy patofiziologik omillar kontekstida molekulyar va metabolik biomarkerlar yordamida diagnostika hamda individual davolash algoritmlari ishlab chiqildi. Tadqiqotga 18–40 yoshdagi 90 nafar ayol jalb etilib, ularning gormonal profillari (AMG, FSG, LG,PRL, TSH, FT4, Leptin, INHB), ultratovush koʻrsatkichlari (AFS va endometrial qalinlik) hamda molekulyar indikatorlari (Leptin/Adiponektin nisbati va INHB/AMG indeksi) tahlil qilindi. ROC-analiz va logistik regressiya natijalari AMG, Leptin va AFS kombinatsiyasidan tashkil topgan model diagnostika aniqligini AUC=0.91 darajasiga, INHB/AMH indeksi esa ovulyator javobni prognozlashda AUC=0.88 darajasiga ko‘tarishini ko‘rsatdi. Olingan ma’lumotlar molekulyar biomarkerlar kombinatsiyasiga asoslangan shaxsiylashtirilgan terapiya algoritmini ishlab chiqishga asos bo‘lib, Endokrin genenezli bepushtlik bemorlarida individual davolash strategiyasini optimallashtirish va reproduktiv natijalarni yaxshilash imkonini beradi. en_US
