dc.description.abstract This issue of the Journal of Education and Scientific Medicine presents a collection of contemporary research articles and literature reviews in the fields of obstetrics, gynecology, reproductive health, and related biomedical sciences. The published works cover a wide spectrum of topics, including rehabilitation strategies after unilateral salpingectomy, prediction of obstetric and perinatal complications in women with preeclampsia, and various clinical-pathogenetic aspects of modern reproductive medicine. Special emphasis is placed on the integration of biochemical, immunological, and hemostasiological markers into diagnostic and prognostic models, as well as on minimally invasive surgical approaches that improve patient recovery and long-term health outcomes. Collectively, the articles underscore the importance of multidisciplinary approaches, early diagnosis, prevention, and individualized rehabilitation in women’s health, aiming to optimize clinical practice and enhance maternal and perinatal care standards. en_US
