dc.description.abstract Acute pancreatitis is a severe inflammatory disease of the pancreas with a high risk of life-threatening complications. Issues of surgical tactics in severe forms of the disease remain the subject of active scientific research. This article discusses indications for surgical treatment, modern methods of surgical interventions and the role of minimally invasive technologies in the complex management of patients with acute pancreatitis. en_US
