Abstract:
This article focuses on identifying effective innovation solutions for measuring groundwater parameters as wel as
monitoring aquifers. The proposed spectral-impedance method enables the development of devices to assess some of key
water quality indicators. The purpose of this paper is to improve the accuracy of well water quality assessment using the
IoT measurement method. To achieve this, a "puck"-shaped device equipped with multiple electrode sensors is placed on
the water surface in the well, where it monitors key water indicators via wireless radio waves. The measurements from
this multi-electrode sensor align well with quadratic approximation models. The proposed method, in comparison with
the currently used methods, increases the reliability of the estimation of the composition of groundwater based on the
simultaneous measurement of the spectral impedance of the ions contained in the hydrogen indicator.
