dc.description.abstract This article examines modern approaches to pain management in spondyloarthritis, particularly ankylosing spondylitis. It discusses the analgesic effects of NSAIDs, paracetamol, and tramadol, as well as the benefits and safety of their combination. The review highlights that combining paracetamol and tramadol provides faster and longer-lasting pain relief compared to monotherapy. The importance of individual dose adjustment and the use of combined analgesics as symptomatic treatment when anti- inflammatory therapy is insufficient are emphasized. en_US
