dc.description.abstract Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease that causes inflammation and swelling in the joints, sometimes involving extra-articular organs. In-depth analysis of the clinical course of disease forms is important in the formation of diagnostic markers and individual approaches. Extra-articular forms of RA indicate an intensification of the inflammatory process and the severity of the disease, therefore their study is important in the management and prognosis of the disease. en_US
