| dc.description.abstract | Ushbu maqola o‘pka to‘qimalarining patologik morfologiyasini, xususan alveolyar barer shikastlanishini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Alveolyar barer — gaz almashinuvi uchun muhim bo‘lgan strukturaviy komponent bo‘lib, uning shikastlanishi o‘pkaning normal funksiyasini buzadi va turli respirator kasalliklar, jumladan, pneumoniya, ARDS (acute respiratory distress syndrome) va toksik shikastlanishlar rivojlanishiga olib keladi. Maqolada alveolyar epiteliya va kapillyar endotelining morfologik o‘zgarishlari, hujayra shikastlanish mexanizmlari va hujayra o‘limi (apoptoz va nekroz) jarayonlari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, alveolyar barer shikastlanishida yuzaga keladigan o‘pka interstitsial shishishi, qizil qon hujayralari migratsiyasi va fibrinogen yig‘ilishi kabi patologik o‘zgarishlar ko‘rib chiqiladi. | en_US |
