dc.description.abstract The article examines the key role of physical activity in maintaining and strengthening the health of the cardiovascular system. The influence of regular physical exercise on key functional indicators, such as heart rate (HR), blood pressure (BP), and respiratory rate, is analyzed. The mechanisms of the cardiovascular system's adaptation to loads, including increasing heart volume and blood oxygen capacity, are described. Special attention is paid to the preventive potential of physical exertion in relation to the development of cardiovascular diseases, such as arterial hypertension and coronary heart disease. The obtained data confirms the need to integrate moderate and regular physical activity into daily life to ensure long-term heart and blood vessel health. en_US
