dc.description.abstract The thyroid gland is a peripheral member of the endocrine system and plays an important role in the metabolism process. In thyroid hormone deficiency, there is a trace of the function of all organs. Due to the deficiency of thyroid hormone, hypothyroidism develops. Scientific research by scientists has found that in hypothyroidism caused by causes other than the thyroid gland, it is noted that the thyroid gland is normal, but in combination with this, it has been observed to clot unanswered to the stimulative effect of TTG. It was noted that necrosis of the postpartum pituitary, as well as the absence of TTG associated with a pituitary tumor or surrounding tissue tumors, are from processes that lead to hypophysar hypothyroidism. en_US
