dc.description.abstract Diabetes mellitus (DM) is emerging as one of the greatest public health challenges in India. In 2021, nearly 77 million adults were living with diabetes, and this number is projected to rise to 134 million by 2045. Worryingly, almost half of these cases remain undiagnosed, contributing to delayed treatment and severe long term complications. en_US
