dc.description.abstract In ischemic diseases of the acute heart, the main changes are expressed by the manifestation of vascular insufficiency and the first signs of histochemical changes in the myocardium. Early myocardial infarction cannot be detected in ordinary histological dyes, since, without a change in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cardiomyocytes, it is manifested by the fact that the Tufts look the same. A sharp decrease in ts-AMF in the cytoplasm of cardiomyocytes with the help of histochemical dyes is the first sign of a heart attack, and the detection of red spots in the cytoplasm of the myocardium by microscopic examination is confirmed. en_US
