dc.description.abstract Sarcoidosis is a multisystem inflammatory disease characterized by the formation of granulomas in various organs. In children, the disease is less common than in adults but has a more severe course and diverse clinical manifestations. This article discusses the epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical features, diagnosis, and modern approaches to the treatment of pediatric sarcoidosis. en_US
