dc.description.abstract Quality assurance and patient safety are fundamental pillars of advanced medical care systems across the globe. With the globalization of healthcare, it’s very important to maintain safe, effective, and reliable services. Quality assurance is defined as the systematic assessment and evaluation of many features of a service, project, or facility to ensure compliance with quality standards. Patient safety focuses on minimizing and preventing risks, mistakes, and injuries that could impact patients during the provision of medical and dental care. Collectively, these initiatives provide a foundation for delivering excellent care and maintaining public trust in health systems(1). en_US
