dc.description.abstract Objective of the study: To improve the outcomes of cholecystectomy during simultaneous bariatric surgeries by developing and implementing a therapeutic and diagnostic algorithm for predicting and preventing its late complications. Materials and Methods, Study design: Single-center, comparative, sequential (retrospective control + prospective main) clinical study conducted at the Department of bariatric surgery, Tashkent State Medical University (2022–2025). Ethical approval was obtained from the local ethics committee; informed consent was obtained from prospective participants. en_US
