dc.description.abstract Acute purulent odontogenic periostitis of the jaws is an urgent problem in dentistry and maxillofacial surgery. Among children with acute odontogenic inflammatory processes of the maxillofacial region, a significant part are patients with purulent odontogenic ostitis.
