Abstract:
to study the occurrence and Risk Factors of persistent symptoms in patients diagnosed with Covid-19.: this study was conducted at the Republican special infectious diseases zangiota 1 and zangiota 2 hospitals. A retrospective analysis of the medical history of patients who died in this hospital between 2020
and 2021, when they were diagnosed with COVID-19 according to the WHO interim directive. Result: we analyzed and
evaluated which of the chronic diseases was present in deceased patients and to what extent COVID-19 was experienced with these diseases. According to him, 92.2% of patients had chronic diseases, and hypertension and diabetes
accounted for the highest share of these diseases (66.5%). Conclusion: the most commonly observed symptoms in
patients were fever (temperature ≥37·3°C) (95%), cough (80.5%), phlegm (26.05%) and fatigue (27.5%)
