| dc.description.abstract | Ushbu adabiyotlar taxlilida oxirgi yillardagi(2012-2022) quturish virusining odamlardagi patogenezi, yuqish yo‘llari, zamonaviy tashxis usullari, keng qo‘llanilib kelinayotgan vaksinatsiyalar, davolash va tashxis qo‘yishda qo‘llanilayotgan serologik, molekulyar biologik, immunologik, usullarning axamiyati, ularning imkoniyatlari va afzalliklari to‘g‘risida keng ma’lumotlar keltirilgan. Masalan, Rapid Fluorescent Focus Inhibition Test (RFFIT), ELISA, viral RNA-RT-PCR, immunofluorescent test (dFAT), mouse inoculation test (MIT), shuningdek bemorlarda o‘tkazilgan ko‘plab klinik sinovlar natijasida bir nechta vaksinalar va farmakologik vositalar samaradorligi yuqori bo‘lib turibdi masalan, Rabisin™, Recombitek®C6/CV, Recombitek®C8, SPBN GASGAS, SAD L16 hamda bir qancha immun kuchaytiruvchi vositalar shular jumlasidandir. | en_US |
