Abstract:
This article reviews the challenges and solutions of modern approaches to
antibiotics. The role and importance of antibiotics in the treatment of bacterial infections are
analyzed, and the increasing problem of antibiotic resistance (antibiotic resistance) in recent
years is noted. Detailed information is provided on the misuse and overuse of antibiotics, the
difficulties in developing new drugs, and the possibilities of alternative methods to
antibiotics, including bacteriophages, antimicrobial peptides, and CRISPR technology. The
article explores strategies for the controlled use of antibiotics, modern diagnostic
technologies, and ways to solve the problem of antibiotic resistance through a
multidisciplinary approach. The need for global cooperation and innovative approaches is
emphasized to reduce the likelihood of the end of the antibiotic era. The article provides an
overview of the promotion of the rational use of antibiotics in the health system and new
developments in medicine.
