Objective: To study the role of intestinal microflora disorders
in the formation of clinical manifestations of chronic
pancreatitis and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy aimed
at restoring intestinal microbiocenosis. Material and methods:
A prospective analysis of the treatment results of 50 patients
for the period 2021-2023 was carried out. There were
27 men (54%), 23 women (46%). There were 4 (10.4%)
women under 44, 8 (40.3%), 45-59, 11 (49.3%) over 60, 3
(8.6%), 12 (44) men respectively. .4%) and 7 (26%). Results:
Among patients with bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine,
pain due to intestinal dysfunction was observed in
80.3%, duodenal hypertension - in 71.8%, watery diarrhea
was observed in 67.6%, flatulence - in 84.5%, bitterness in
the mouth – in 69%, nausea – in 57.7%. Conclusions: Intestinal
and colon dysbiosis, as well as the severity of dysbiotic
