dc.description.abstract Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a significant complication in ESRD patients on HD, exacerbated by AV fistulas and involving dysregulation of endothelin-1 (ET-1) and nitric oxide (NO). Aim to evaluate the role of endothelin-1 (ET-1) and nitric oxide (NO) in the development and progression of PH in patients on program hemodialysis and with AV access. en_US
